How to convert an .exe software to .dmg

In short, I repeat that .exe applications and .dmg files have nothing to do with each other.

Mac applications have the .app suffix, not .dmg, but on Mac, this suffix is invisible by default.

Confusing a .dmg file, which is a disk image (the equivalent of a CD or DVD), with an .exe application is like confusing a bottle with its contents. A bottle can contain wine or bleach just as a .dmg file can contain math lessons or the latest Charlie Chaplin movie.

Before installation, a Mac application can be found in a .dmg disk image, but also in a .zip archive or in a .pkg package, and these raw installation packages can also be found together in a .dmg disk image.
You can even find Windows applications in a .dmg disk image. In short, stop confusing a .dmg disk image with a Mac application.

If you want a Mac application that does what your .exe application does, you need to know the exact name of the application to find its Mac equivalent, as well as the function of that application.

Regarding this, Cisco directly or your school, university, or otherwise should be able to indicate useful software for Mac, if it exists.

If the application you are interested in exists, and if Cisco (or someone else) has provided you with the name and the publisher of the application, you may find after acquisition that it is not necessarily in a .dmg disk image.

In short, I have exploration software (Cisco) that allows me to review my courses, and they are in .exe format, so if possible, I would like to have .dmg links.
