here is my problem

Hello,
we only need to respect the pairs and wire them the same at both ends (straight cable)
the tradition is:
pair 1 white/gray on 4/5
pair 2 yellow/orange on 3/6
pair 3 blue/colorless or pink on 1/2
pair 4 brown/purple on 7/8

depending on the cable used your speed may have to be limited to 10Mbit/s since the PTT 278 (cat3) does not allow more, while the PTT298 allows 100 in principle.
