Hello,
I would like to know what the color code is for the crimping of a straight and crossover network cable. Additionally, how to crimp cables to connect switches in cascade?

Hello,
there are at least 3000 pages on the internet explaining the difference between straight and crossover cables, including this one; you could have done a little research before asking your question.
Today, most modern 10/100 and especially 10/100/1000 baseT devices are auto MDI/MDI-X and adapt automatically to the connected cable whether it is straight or crossover 1-3/2-6.
There are also old Cisco GBICs that require crossover cables with 4 pairs: 1-3/2-6/4-7/5-8 instead of 2-pair crossover cables.
This is also true for switches in cascade via their network ports: the older ones need crossover cables, while the newer ones (10 years old) adapt automatically.

Thank you for everything, I have another concern: if I do not strictly follow the color codes, can it affect the network visibility of a computer? Additionally, I read somewhere that not all strands of the twisted pair are used; if I start, for example, with the brown-white brown color for a straight cable, making sure to use the same code on the other side of the connector, will that work?

Sergio will curse me, but it's true that you can disregard the position of the wire colors as long as you respect the pairs and do the same at each end.
Pair positions:
one in 4-5, one in 3-6, one in 1-2, and one in 7-8
the color of each doesn't matter,
but it's much simpler to follow the convention; it avoids unnecessary questions.

Thank you for everything. Now, since these are computer rooms that need to be connected, what network location do you recommend? And if I chose a public network from the start, how should I proceed to switch it to either a business network or a home network? Moreover, when I enable IP assignment via DHCP, some addresses are class B while others are class C. What is the cause of this? How can I ensure that the IP addresses assigned by DHCP are all class C?

It's a different area than wiring, but you should start by putting the machines on a public network; you'll open their firewall later, according to needs.
As for the class B address, I assume it's an APIPA in 169.254.... so a network that isn't working; you'll need to test those sockets more thoroughly.
