Hello,
I sold a stroller yesterday on Le Bon Coin to a woman for 50€.
She checked the stroller for a while and decided to take it as is...
The same evening, she left me a message saying that the rain shield is torn...
Surprised by this info, I told her I doubted her sincerity ...
She took it badly and wants to return the stroller, for me to refund her ...
Now she has my address, keeps calling me, threatening to file a complaint...
(Knowing that I had offered to send her another rain cover out of kindness and compassion)
What should I do?
Thank you for your reply

She checked the stroller for a long time and decides to take it as is..
thus supposedly having noticed the defect (if real)
threatening to file a complaint she can ............ but as with private sales there is no warranty and she saw and took the product, so it will have no effect -
Hello,
It's simple, she did a "standard exchange" with a stroller and wants to return YOUR TANTO ripped HOOD...
You don't give in. She has checked properly. So bought is bought. And if she keeps calling you, threaten her with a harassment complaint.
See you later

Hello..
No need to worry about this sale being described as 'perfect' in a legal sense..
Buyer and seller agreed on the item and its price (There was even an 'inspection'..), the seller has no obligation to take back the sold item..
Probably a small habitual scam..
X has a defective 'item' and wants to replace one part..
X spots a similar 'item' on a selling site,
X buys it.. Then quickly makes an exchange of the defective part.
Then X shouts very loudly, threatens the seller to make him take back the item and refund..
In the end: free replacement part if the seller agrees..
Common method for mopeds, bicycles, scooters and cars.. Why not do the same for a stroller?
Send the buyer away.. And above all, don't send her a brand new rain cover!!
Cheers,
