Gros probleme de navigateur!!!!!

Bonjour,

il y a de ça quelque jour tous mes navigateurs m'ont laché.

il a ya défois ou je peux surfer 2h puis plus rien ne se charge, les pages restent blanches et quand je ferme la fenetre et que je reouvre la page est blanche directement.
j'ai téléchargé plusieur anti virus, des logiciels qui néttoie l'ordie notament ccleaner mais rien ne semble fonctioné.

j'ai utilisé aussi usbfix pour voir le problème et apparement j'ai 30 infection.

et donc pour la suite je sollicite votre aide, oh vous puissant dieu d'internet.
