How to contact PayPal by phone?

Hello,
I would like to know the real phone number for PayPal. I am in a really unpleasant situation right now. Someone is trying to scam me and I am being harassed on the phone and
in my email inbox. I did not like my experience. PayPal is not safe.

      Paypal has unjustly withdrawn money from my bank account twice, and it is impossible to contact them to report this theft. I have spent hours calling the various numbers they provided, such as 080050855, but no one answers. It's a real scam.

      You are not the only one. PayPal collects money from orders but never refunds; they are scammers. To avoid a dispute? You have to wait at least 6 months. Their phone is nonsense and costs a fortune, all to scam you.

      Hello, my husband doesn't have a PayPal account and we lost 900 euros in 2 days due to withdrawals on his bank card (not Visa). We filed a complaint and PayPal doesn't care at all. Do you have any advice for me?
