Hello,
I am still in my InDesign training. The author of the book has included notes that are numbered in the text, but he wants the explanation of the notes to not be at the bottom of the page but instead gathered under the title "notes" at the end of the chapter. How can I do this in InDesign?
Thank you in advance for your help
Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 33.0.1750.154

Hello,
You must have finished your layout, but you never know.
It's better to prepare on Word before importing.
Dropdown menu ---> Display ---> Footnotes.
Then in the doc: CTRL+A to select all the footnotes. Right click ---> Convert to endnotes.
When you import your text into InDesign, they will be at the end with just before stated:
"(Endnotes)".
P.S.: if it's at the end of a chapter, same: split your Word file into chapters and proceed the same way. -
