Unable to print an envelope with an address.

Hello,

I can no longer print envelopes with addresses in Word 2010. When I try to print, a box appears saying *the number must be between 1 and 31*
What should I do?

    Have you tried modifying the print options?

      it's an HP Laser Jet M5035 printer.
      It was working before but not anymore. Yet I haven't changed anything. I thought the message was about the NUMBER of copies but that's not it.

      yes

      try to reset the printing parameters to default and in the printing options always check if the envelope format is properly selected.
