Problème de réception "niv. erreur de bit"

Hello,
for several days I've been having reception problems at different times of the day. I can receive all channels in the afternoon with 0 bit errors, and in the evening I hardly receive anything because on almost all channels I have different bit errors. I've checked everything: cables, antenna, orientation; everything is okay. I don't understand anything anymore, it's even becoming annoying. Please, if someone can help me, they will be welcome. Thank you in advance!!!
Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 33.0.1750.154
