Unable to connect to the camera

Hello,

Since yesterday, when I turn on my camera, a message appears saying "Unable to establish a connection with the camera." I have reset my phone, but this message keeps showing up, and my device no longer works.
(Acer Liquid E2)
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 30.0
