Hello,
I’m not sure if I’m in the right forum, but I’m taking a chance.
So, I recently acquired a Marshall Major Stanmore speaker and I would like to connect it via Bluetooth from my laptop (Windows 7).
After selecting the device 'Stanmore Speaker' (the speaker is indeed detected by the PC), the following error appears during the driver installation:
"The device driver could not be installed.
For assistance with device installation, contact its manufacturer.
Bluetooth AV Sink -> Failed
Bluetooth Remote Control -> Ready to use."
If I check the list of installed devices (devices and printers), 'STANMORE Speaker' shows up but with a yellow triangle and exclamation point.
I'm available for any additional information.
If someone can help me...
Thank you very much.

If it helps, I solved my problem by installing the drivers corresponding to my PC's specifications on this site.

Hi,
If you found the solution by yourselves, mark it as resolved. -
Hello, I have the same issue with my PC that recognizes my speaker in gray but won't connect it to the computer. Did you find a solution to your problem?
