Using your phone without a SIM card

Hello,

I have an old Sony Ericsson w660i without a SIM card and I would like to put it back in service to take 2 or 3 photos

Upon opening, it asks me "Insert SIM"

Am I stuck permanently or is there a trick to bypass this step

Hello,

Some phones need a SIM card to function, while others do not.

For this one, the answer is "yes"..... but an expired one suits him perfectly ;)

Outdated or not, any of them will do.

It's all good, I solved my issue by inserting an expired SIM card.
