Hi,
I’ve spilled drinks on my laptop keyboard twice in the last two months, the only two times in my life. It’s on the numpad side, just imagine if I set a can of c*o*c*a-c*o*l*a* between my computer and my mouse pad, being right-handed.
The first time, it was cappuccino (a few drops), the other time it was c*o*c*a-c*o*l*a*, if you want to know ^^
I followed the advice from that article I read before (which deserves a different title to be found more easily).
Thirty minutes after the accident (knowing that c*o*c*a-c*o*l*a* is sticky and should dry quickly), I tried to wipe the keys with a paper towel by removing them — I actually lost the keycap for the End key (which I don’t use, so it’s fine)...
But two days after wiping the numpad, it really started to dry.
The keys became hard/sticky and the right arrow key (next to the numpad) is not responding anymore (which is a downside)...
The liquid also stuck to the speaker grille.
What product/solution do you recommend to avoid turning my computer into a sticky mess, please?
Thank you.
