Good evening,
I’m reaching out to you because you are my last hope!
Tonight, I wanted to use my DVD player and couldn’t!
I looked in the Control Panel and saw the famous triangle with the exclamation point next to my DVD player.. it tells me to resolve the issue but apparently it’s impossible to fix.. that’s what it says..
Upon further searching in Device Manager, I see that we can disable the DVD player.. I did it but nothing happened! We can also uninstall it.. I did that too but still nothing!
I have this phrase displayed in the General tab of the Properties for the Slimtype DVD A DS8A4SH DVD/CD Drive
“Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or corrupted. (Code 19)”
I don’t know what code 19 is...
I also looked for the driver online but couldn't find it...
Who could help me and tell me what’s going on with my DVD player and if there is anything to do or not?
Thank you in advance for your help...
Best regards
