My voicemail is not activating anymore???

Hello,
I no longer have voicemail from Free on my Samsung Young. It rings until my callers hang up without being able to leave any message since there is no more voicemail… and that's quite annoying.
How can I restore this? Will resetting it bring back the voicemail?

    In my opinion, no issues with the operator but rather with the phone
    Welcome message deleted? Voicemail disabled?
    What model of phone?
