Hello,
It is impossible to leave me a voicemail on my mobile when it is connected and on; the voicemail does not activate. However, if my mobile is off or disconnected, the voicemail works. Can anyone tell me what this might be due to: the phone, the server, or my SIM card? Thank you.

Hi, if when your phone is on, calls don’t go to your voicemail when you don’t answer, it means the feature is disabled.
To fix this: open the dialer as if you were going to make a call, type *#61# on the keypad, and initiate the call. Your phone will query your voicemail and display the result on the screen. In my opinion, this will indicate that there is no call forwarding.
To reactivate, you need to call your voicemail and navigate through the voicemail options menu.
IF you really can’t manage it, you can call your service provider and they will do it for you.
