Avoiding bad internet connection on Android smartphone

Hello everyone
So here I will try to summarize my problem, if I haven't been clear enough, please ask me again.
So since yesterday I want to connect to my Wi-Fi on my Android smartphone, it worked before, now it doesn't work anymore. When I select my Livebox to connect, it shows "Acquiring IP address..." for 10 minutes and then finally says "Internet connection not established." I've searched a lot online and even tried to fully reset my mobile, but nothing works, it does the same thing. I want to point out that the day before I downloaded an app from Google Play to hack Wi-Fi because the one at my school is not working. I have a NEO N003 running Android 4.2.1.
So if someone has an idea, I'm all ears :)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 32.0.1700.102

It's all good actually, I found it, I needed to use a static connection.

Hello!
What do you mean by "static connection"?
I have the same issue you had, and I can't find it...
It would be nice if you could explain it to me...

Yes, in fact, when you hold down the Wi-Fi you're usually connected to in the settings, you select "modify network." Then in the small window that appears, you check the box "show advanced options." After that, in "IP settings," you tap on "DHCP protocol" and set it to "static." I couldn't validate it, so I actually noted what was written in "IP address" and copied it into its place, and then the validate button became active and voila, it worked. But you have to do this every time you want to reconnect to your Wi-Fi, but for me, after a while, it's no longer necessary to do it; it will revert to the way it was before with time.

Ask me again if you didn't understand or if I explained poorly.

To set up a static connection, you just need to go to Wi-Fi settings - click on your Wi-Fi network, then on advanced options; after that, you click on one of the two tabs or I don't remember what I think it's on the DHCP protocol, you click on static connection, then you erase and rewrite the numbers that will appear, from top to bottom.

Hi

I want to let you know that the day before, I downloaded an app from Google Play to hack WiFi

And since then, your WiFi connection hasn’t been working

Well done, great hacking.... LOL

I managed to solve the problem very easily:
I simply deleted all the saved Wi-Fi networks and re-entered the passwords for the ones I use most often. It worked right away.

Hello everyone,

I have been getting the same message for a few days: poor internet connection avoided.

Thank you for the response,

but what is a static connection? And how do I do it?

Thanks in advance if you can clarify.
Best regards

Actually, I had not entered the correct password, which was preventing the connection and it was showing me this message.
