Hello,
When I connect to Wi-Fi with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, it often disconnects and an exclamation mark appears on the Wi-Fi icon, and in the settings, it says "no internet access." This happens very regularly to me, but sometimes also to other Wi-Fi devices in my home. I'm with Free; I called them, but they say the problem is with us and not with them, even though I think the opposite.
I've already tried resetting my phone, still nothing.
Does anyone have a solution because this is really annoying, thank you in advance.

Well, change it again, move at least 4 values away.

Already done, I had put the first one at 4 and the second one at 8 but still nothing.
You should have a dual-band Wi-Fi, try giving different names to the 2.4 GHz and the 5 GHz networks, then choose the best one.
