micromania invoice

Question

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible for me to retrieve a receipt from Micromania. Let me explain, I lost the receipt for my Xbox 360 and I would like to send it to customer service, and I was wondering if Micromania could provide me with a new invoice as proof of purchase, of course.

I've lost my receipt for a Wii game, Super Mario Galaxy. I went to the store and they told me to go to the website to print my purchases, but I couldn’t find how to do it. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
normally, if you remember the exact day or better yet, if you are a member (with a card) or if they know you well at the store, there shouldn't be any problems. You just ask for a duplicate. I had that happen with the PSP and I didn't have any issues.

Well, I can't find my Micromania card anymore, but I know I have purchases on it. Is it possible for Micromania to give me a new card while keeping the purchases I've made?

You just need to take an old receipt (if you are registered with them using the card!), and on it you will find your customer number. Then go to the website, scroll to the bottom, and click on "the megacarte". Enter your name and the number found on the receipt.
