Adobe reader ouvrire un fichier PDF

Bonjour,
Je viens d'avoir mon ordinateur et j'ai téléchargé adobe reader pour lire les PDF. Cependant, je n'arrive pas a lire un fichier professionnel qui fonctionnait très bien sur mon ancien ordinateur. Un message d'erreur s'affiche à l'ouverture et me renvoie sur le site d'adobe mais je n'arrive pas à le débloquer. Je n'ai pu télécharger qu'une seule version car pour windows 8 il n'y a pas d'autre choix.
Avez vous une solution ?
