Pending SMS, not sending...

Good evening,
I recently acquired a Logicom e500, and sometimes I have issues with sending and receiving my messages. I am on the Orange network.
Most of the time my messages send, but sometimes they remain "pending" and only send hours later, or even days. Previously, I noticed that when I forwarded the message to resend it, the pending one would send at the same time as the copy of the message. However, today this solution no longer works. I live in the city, so the network is very good.
I used to have a Galaxy Y Pro, and I had the same issue.
Should I do something? Could you please help me? :/ Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 32.0.1700.99

Hi,
when there is this problem, it's usually because you don't have any network, so after that I don't know if you also don't have any credit, so check if you have credit and network...
