Sms still pending

Hello,

recently when I send texts, it says pending (and this has only been happening recently because everything was working perfectly before), so I thought the person had blocked me. I tried sending messages with another number and it says the same thing, but when I call, it rings. If anyone has a relevant answer, thank you!
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

    Good evening,

    Have you tried sending a text message to someone else to see if it’s the same (preferably someone from the same operator, to check the operator, click here)? We need to know if it's your phone or the other person.

      Yes, all my outgoing messages work perfectly fine, except for this number, and I've tried another operator and it's the same.
