Installshield Wizard is stuck!!!!!

Thank you for your response, but how do I uninstall and reinstall? I can't find this program anywhere.
As for the error messages, here they are:

I have a really, really big problem with the Installshield Wizard, it doesn't work for any program!
(last week Caesar 4, today Photoshop...)

I've tried everything:

- Uninstallation and deletion
- Reinstallation of a Windows patch
- Disabling firewall and antivirus

Honestly, I've tried all the solutions proposed on the internet, nothing works, the Installshield wizard starts, loads and when it gets to the end: "This program is not responding"....

Hey, what happened after you erased everything from that file?

I deleted the InstallShield Installation Information folder in c:/program files and the error message disappeared, and the software installs correctly.
