Installshield Wizard is stuck!!!!! Solved

Question

Hello
I want to install software that uses "Installshield Wizard" but this software freezes. It starts and then it's impossible to continue. The extraction works but as soon as Installshield starts, the progress bar (small squares) freezes at the end and I can only close the application with the usual error messages / the program is not responding... and do you want to send to Microsoft... and so on.
Does anyone have a solution to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your reply, but how do I uninstall and reinstall? I can't find this program anywhere.
As for the error messages, here they are:
When I close InstallShield with the cross since I don't know how else to do it:

First, I recommend uninstalling InstallShield and then cleaning your PC with CCleaner (cleaning followed by error repair).

Next, right-click on "Computer" and select "Manage". Once the window opens, double-click on "Event Viewer". Then check in "Applications" and "System" to see the errors related to this issue.

It would be nice of you to let us know the description of the problems it reports.

Yeah, I have the same problem as you, except that I downloaded the game in image format and then with Daemon Tool I'm trying to launch an installation with InstallShield Wizard, and when I think the game is installed, it tells me Age of Empires 3 is not installed, and the installation assistant will close. Then I click OK, and it takes me to an image of the game and says the system has not been modified to install this program later, and it tells me to restart the installation. Please help me.

I had a PC running XP before, but it burned out (due to its age...).
