Snapchat video bug + send snap Solved

Question

Good evening,

for quite some time now, my software Snapchat has been bugging. Indeed, it doesn't send all my snaps. Let me explain, I make a snap => it doesn't send. I make a second one 30 seconds later, this one sends.
Moreover, I can't watch the video snaps from my friends, why?

I should clarify that I haven't installed any other software related to Snapchat, and I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice.

So I would like to know if I'm the only one experiencing these bugs, and if someone could help me.

My phone is the Galaxy Trend, so it's an Android.

Hello, I had the same problem as you and I just deleted my conversations and it worked. You should try, you won't lose anything ;)

I have an HTC Desire 816 and I had the same problem. The latest update with the memories option saved my life. In fact, this problem comes from the fact that your videos are trying to upload in too high image quality for Snapchat, resulting in a bug. So here’s the solution:
1) Open your camera and change the video quality settings (set it to high or medium, mine was on high quality before)

2) Make your video from your camera

3) Open Snapchat and tap on the memories button (the small circle at the bottom of the big circle)

4) Then tap on the roll at the top right of the screen

5) The entire gallery should display and there you can see your video

6) Click on the video and then you can edit it by swiping up

7) Once you’ve finished all that, you just have to send it to your story and yayyyy you’ve managed to post a video that doesn’t bug :D :D
