Hello, regarding Auto Part 24, if I had read all the reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered, but I did, for my BMW 530i, right and left control arms. This is the only site that mentioned the part reference along with the original part reference, month and year of manufacture (there are several models, spherical, conical, etc.). I received my parts; I ordered them on Wednesday and got them on Tuesday. As for the price, everyone has a huge markup on auto parts, even the dealer near your home charges double for the same parts and without any manufacturer's branding on the said parts? But I admit it's better to take the reviews into account; maybe for this order, I was lucky.

Order of 2 rear shock absorbers from a major brand
I received these parts, mounted them immediately, and it turns out that one of them is not compliant and clearly has a major design flaw (loud knocking) and a significant problem with excessive rebound noted once disassembled (installed for 20 minutes)
After reaching an agreement with them, I returned these parts which are supposedly going to be analyzed ........
Return at my expense, refunded once the warranty is applied..... supposedly
Confident after the discussion and the commitments made, I immediately ordered a new set on the same site while waiting for the refund of the defective ones .....

8 weeks later, I receive a response from them indicating that these parts are compliant according to them and that therefore, they are being sent back to me
Of course, I contacted them to inform them that it is impossible for me to install such parts, but their response is final!!!
No refund possible and no warranty possible from the moment these parts have supposedly been analyzed and validated !!!!!!
Incredible but true, I now have unusable new parts that I paid for and that will never be refunded to me simply because these parts have supposedly been controlled !!!!!!
I would like to see the automotive diploma of this so-called inspector and compare it with mine which dates back to 1996.............
Avoid this kind of site !!!!

      Hello,
The scam with the out-of-stock items seems well-established with them, as I just encountered this problem! I just received the refund for my order after more than 3 weeks of negotiations, emails, calls, and contacting them every day... I also confirm that no one from France works in this shop, not even the person in charge of refunds.

    Hello,
Try posting your complaints on the Facebook site: autodoc.fr. Sometimes messages on Facebook speed up the handling of complaints.

GOOD MORNING in this situation I am also on August 11 I ordered a particulate filter for Opel Zafira on August 17 the package came, a big surprise I received that the filter is not compatible with my model, even though I provided all the exact details, they did not respect those details and packed a particulate filter that is not compatible at all, I paid 343.21 euros for a piece of metal, I requested a refund, they sent me a return form, but this form is not good for delivery, it asks me for a label that I cannot obtain from AUTODOC they say that just this form is sufficient, ordinary scammers, I will call a lawyer to pay for my damages, I can't send the package this company is a real farce, I ended up with lost money.

    Hello,

I dealt with Auto Doc and an affiliated site ("pièces-auto").
My third order with them was very problematic. The part was defective (a non-functioning alternator).

The situation did not progress until I contacted the European Consumer Centre, which exists to resolve such cross-border disputes.

    https://www.europe-consommateurs.eu/fr/resoudre-votre-probleme/nous-contacter/

If I had to do it again, I would contact them much sooner: it clearly unlocked the case.

    Safe travels to everyone.

http://www.piecesauto24.com/ A site to avoid.. I ordered a part and received another one under the pretext that it was out of stock, and which does not even match my vehicle!! And all this without warning me!! The reference was even changed on my invoice. The worst part is that I have to pay 60 euros for shipping due to bulky goods surcharge for the return of the incorrect part, even though I took the precaution of selecting the "insurance" option when I placed my order. In the end, my vehicle has been immobilized for over a month because of them, I have to pay out of my pocket for their incompetence and I still haven't received the correct part...

Hello everyone, the solution is simple because I did it and I was reimbursed quickly.
I called my bank, which sent me to file a complaint with the gendarmerie to reference the site and offered to reimburse me (my bank) with this paper...
I didn't even need it because after talking to Anastasia, Laura, Emilie, and others, a phone call finally came to my phone and I explained my approach to her.

Of course, they offered me a voucher on their site which I refused without any discussion.

Result: Reimbursement from them a few days later!

You have to put pressure on them: your legal representative will soon present themselves at their headquarters (in Germany) to initiate a reimbursement and complaint procedure...

    So, to summarize, scare them!!!

ORDER NO. 2590935 (this is my first order)
    1- Order placed on April 11, 2016, delivered on April 19, 2016. Amount €320.
There was a slight delay on this point.
2- Front bumper, left wing, and two side mirrors (left and right) perfectly matched my order based on my car's serial number and license plate.
Personally, based on my experience, I recommend the site. Of course, I recommend it but do not endorse it.

    Sincerely.

After placing an order for €253 worth of parts on 12/14/2016, I received an email from them asking me to provide a copy of my Visa card and my ID in order to finalize the order. Sensing a scam, I immediately blocked my credit card and canceled my order. However, they claim to have taken the necessary steps to refund me and that the problem lies with my bank...

Every day, I request the accounting document justifying their transaction, and they respond by giving me a transaction number (?), but no bank name, no debited account number, and not even a bank number in my name where the credit should appear...
I want to compile a case so that these people stop ruining the lives of honest folks. My email is garciadps@hotmail.com
Please send me your experiences with them via email, (with payback in mind), as I plan to provide as much evidence as possible to a lawyer.
      Thank you all
      Happy New Year
      Christian

Hello, have you received your refund and how long did it take? Was it through the bank or through Autodoc? I'm in the same situation right now with their fake transaction number, and the refund still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks following the cancellation of the order.

No time to tell my story, but it's identical, I should have read your reviews before buying. After insisting for a very long time (two and a half months), I managed to recover 80% of my credit card payment. Thieves...

Hello, I’m a mechanic and a customer of many sites like autodoc, auto parts 24, etc. Well, they’re awesome, they’re easy to reach on their 09 number and especially the prices are at least 3 times cheaper including tax than what I pay excluding tax from auto parts suppliers with my professional discount lol. Whoever gets it orders from the autodoc branch, after the errors on 1000 orders I've had maybe one, but after I know my stuff, we’re not all equal, especially the handyman who tries to be a mechanic lol.

A site to avoid, I ordered a particulate filter for €350 offered by their search engine. The filter was not the right one, I returned it to get a refund even though it wasn't installed. They refused to refund me, saying that 60% of the search results were correct, and on top of that, they are asking me to pay shipping fees to return the part to me.

    30 OCTOBER 2020

    Hello
    Feedback.
I put the date in bold so that we understand the context. A few years ago, maybe it wasn't great...
Anyway. I placed an order in mid-October 2020 for an Iveco Daily 35s13. A lot of choices, and to make sure I don't mess up, I went under my truck with a tape measure, just to order exactly the right ones...
4 shock absorbers (cheap) and a big exhaust pipe (cheap) (called 'muffler'). 202€ for the whole thing.
Delivery the following week, 1 package, with the 4 shock absorbers, and no muffler... The package is marked 1/1, so, for now, no trace...
...........And that's why I ended up on this site............
Worried, I called auto-doc (easy), who, looking at my order number, immediately told me that it was on its way. Indeed, it would arrive 2 days later.
I took everything to my mechanic, who installed it all yesterday.
Moral of the story. It's a company like any other, with its pros and cons, I suppose, but for me, it was perfect.
We tend to complain too much, (and when everything goes well, we say nothing), and it certainly penalizes those companies that are surely doing their best to stay on track.

Hello everyone, I read your comments and honestly, so far I've already placed 5 orders without any issues. On Monday, I placed another order, which was sent today, with delivery expected for tomorrow.
To be more at ease, make your payments only through PayPal, which I always use. I never order using a Visa card because you're not covered unlike with PayPal. If a problem arises, you just need to open a dispute and PayPal takes care of everything...

These are false messages from auto parts sellers in France aimed at discouraging us from ordering from them!
When we see the prices of the parts on these sites, we understand why they are upset.

My testimony is a false testimony?
It's rather you who are working for them. Not all transactions are fraudulent. Go ahead and make 5 or 6, and you'll come back here. Mbauto, you are either incredibly naïve or sold out.

Sargis96, PayPal will ask you to pay for a colissimo of x kilos to Germany; you'd better ask for a receipt. Check the price of colissimo AR to Germany, you'll know what you'll lose when the scammers decide to send you something other than what you purchased (breach of sales contract), because their indicated stocks and timelines are fake (false advertising), and half of the parts shown, they won't have within 15 days so they'll send anything to avoid refunding and respond with anything hoping to discourage the mark.

And the responsibility of these scam sites that persist month after month also lies with the French justice system that no longer functions due to these successive governments of crooks that are destroying it by draining it dry, the justice system, like the police and the gendarmerie paid to extort honest people on the road, no longer have time to deal with thieves, violent attackers, burglars, illegals, constant and massive hacking on the internet, including from French origins, etc., and remember that Sarko wanted to eliminate fraud repression? When the justice system fails, this is what you find in commerce, large companies that engage in pigeon hunting. As long as a procedure takes years and costs a fortune in time, lawyers, and energy against their armies of corrupt lawyers, it will continue like this. We have slipped into ploutocracy; honest, normal, or poor people can well perish. If we don't fight, we won't see justice and democracy in our lifetime.

I advise you to avoid the site piecesauto.fr. The parts do not match what is offered on the site. And the return is at your expense; sending a large part to Germany costs you around 100 euros, and you should be very happy if you get refunded.

Good evening, I would like to share my experience with piecesauto.fr, piecesauto24.com, and autodoc.com (same companies) as what I have to say about them really surprises me because I have never had any issues with them in terms of delivery, quality of parts, and their fit for my vehicle. Their delivery service is also fast and cheap (€9.95, what more could you ask for?). I once made a mistake regarding the dimensions of my brake discs and regretted not taking the €3.95 option for returning items even if they were already installed... besides, that day I had ordered the cheapest ones, and since they were out of stock, they sent me a set that is worth three times more than what I wanted (good luck finding that elsewhere!). There is one thing I can criticize them for, it's the fact that they keep our credit card number on their site, although it is useful for quick purchases; everyone has their own opinion on that matter. Since then, I have been using a PayPal account. Be grateful that these sites exist as they allow for significant savings. Their customer service takes a long time to respond, but I think they're victims of their own success.
Lastly, if you want to file a complaint against a European merchant website, there is this site: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=FR
    Best regards.

    Hello,
    to Laura.
As you seem to indicate that the bumper is an original part for my Sprinter, I will take a photo in front of the Sprinter with the old one installed and yours.
However, if we do not find a replacement solution before the end of this week,
I will take responsibility for the bailiff's report if possible before the end of the year or at the beginning of the next. So, this is what I will have to do in case of non-replacement of the bumper that I have already paid for.
    Best regards, Jean Deleaz

Hello everyone! As a self-employed mechanic, I have been ordering my parts from Auto-Doc for about 3 months, and I am taken aback when I see your comments. I have not encountered any problems with the parts received. Admittedly, the delivery time is longer than if I were to get them from my supplier in France, but when comparing prices, it’s worth being patient. For example, a wheel hub for a Golf 3 costs €10.90 including tax from Auto-Doc, compared to €92.36 excluding tax from my supplier in France, which amounts to €158.33 including tax with a 30% markup, or €60.29 including tax without my markup from Oscaro... My client benefits and so do I, as I also mark up by 30% and the price will always be cheaper, so I don’t think they are the thieves but rather our kind suppliers in France... I will continue ordering from them, and if I ever encounter a similar issue as you do, I might reconsider my ordering from them; in any case, with the money I’ve already saved from the price differences, I will not be at a loss...

    Hello,
    Never order from this site.
    It's a pure scam.
When I placed my order, the site indicated parts references for my vehicle.
But some parts do not fit my vehicle.
So I requested to return these parts... But my request was denied on the grounds that the return period has expired even though the error comes from the site!!
They do not take responsibility for their mistakes.
As a result, money lost (temporarily) and now I will have to waste time to initiate legal proceedings for fraud and alert the DGCCRF.
Don't waste your time and money on this very unprofessional site that misleads you about the references for your parts.
Other sites are much more competent, more reliable and won't make you lose your money.
    Thierry
