Having a Samsung GT-C6112, I can no longer send or receive SMS. Indeed, going to settings and memory status, it shows: SMS memory 300/300 and SMS 2 0/50. How can I reset the memory to zero for the phone? Thank you in advance.

It's a dual SIM if I'm not mistaken. Do you have 1 or 2 SIMs in it?
It might be a slight bug. Try switching the SMS memory to the SIM and then back to Phone.

Uh... Indeed, on the first versions of Android, it was enough to go to the SMS Settings to select storage, but I can't find it anymore...
I must admit I'm a bit lost now.
Do you have any SMS on one of your SIM cards?

there are no messages for: inbox received sent. outbox. the phone's memory has been reset and everything is back to zero.

Indeed, by going to the messages menu, then to the spam folder, I found 15, which I deleted, and on the SMS memory, it shows that there are: on the phone 285/300 and SIM 0/50. So there must still be some items on the phone to delete.
