IT intervention management + customer service

Hello everyone,

As an IT technician, I often conduct interventions at our clients' places. I also manage the after-sales service for a client company that sells gardening products.

I am looking for management software that allows me to track the interventions for each client as well as log calls made for after-sales service.

The software should be installable on a single computer and should not go through a server since I will be the only one using it.

I prefer free software, but feel free to mention paid software (under €100 though).

I need this software because we are currently using Excel and it's really not great for tracking all the interventions.

Thank you all for your help.

Hello.
I greatly appreciated your additional comment that helps trace the type of usage you need (many questions on forums are too vague).
Personally, I recommend a SaaS tool that seems to fit your needs, based on the scenario you've outlined. Organilog (see https://fr.organilog.com/) would perfectly suit your case. It includes client data management, intervention management, and after-sales service ticket management. The added bonus is that data can be entered directly at the client's location from your Android smartphone.
As for pricing, it's subscription-based, so there's not a significant budget to invest in using the tool.
I hope this answers your question and helps you.
Best regards,

Hello,

I have pretty much the same issue as you.
I use the software developed by CMII ("http://cmii.fr/"): w'ipsos. I can manage my visits (type of visit, duration, number of technicians required, observations, equipment to be replaced...). There is also a mobile version (app), quite handy as my technicians send me their requests in real time.
Hope this helps.

Hello,

Do you want to talk about something like this?

Not at all. Let's imagine:

1- A customer calls me for the repair of a computer: I enter their details into the software, the date and time of the call, the type of call (email, phone, fax, ...), the request itself. I also enter the scheduling of the intervention.

2- I intervene at the customer's location: upon my return, I enter into the software all the actions I took during the intervention: date and time of the intervention, actions, parts used, resolution or not. Depending on the resolution of the intervention, I may or may not close the incident.

Let's also imagine customer service:

- A customer calls me: I need to be able to input their details, the type of call, their request, the type of equipment, whether their equipment is under warranty, the resolution of their request as well as whether to close the file or not.

I don't know if there are any free software options, but as I said before, I am also open to paid solutions.

Best regards.
