Hello,

Can you help me choose a good free sports association management software?

What do you think about online software?

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Hello,
I asked myself this question four years ago and have tried five to six online software since then. I noticed that the free offer at the beginning disappears as the needs of the association we manage evolve.
Then one day, I tried "assoconnect," an online software that seemed complete to me. Since the prices were (and still are) the lowest on the market for the total services offered.
I subscribed for a year. Since then, my association has been satisfied because the board and the members appreciated its ease of use and multi-user feature. Moreover, I got to know the team of engineers and technicians who develop and maintain the software. They are very responsive and open to improvements because they listen to the users. (They even work on weekends, crazy!)
I can only recommend "assoconnect," here is the URL https://www.assoconnect.com/
Best regards.

It is indeed a good solution. Personally, I really enjoyed using MonClubSportif last season. After trying the larger solutions that are barely affordable, I found this one. I highly recommend it because it is simple and effective. https://monclubsportif.com/

Best regards

Hello

After quite a few trials, I've learned to be wary of software comparison sites that highlight the highest-paying advertisers, as well as overly positive comments made by salespeople :-)

In my basketball club, we use www.kananas.com in its free version, and the main benefit I see is the integrated online payment, which eliminates the need to chase after checks. Before, it was Excel. It's up to you to test it and form your own opinion.

Hello,

I can recommend clubonline on the website clubonline.be.

This is an application that we developed and which is free for clubs and members, and it will remain that way. This app is multi-sport and is enhanced through discussions with the clubs.
We created it because we were looking for a management app and couldn't find one ourselves. We thought we could share it with other clubs.

Don't hesitate!

Hello,

I tested the software Konsors. It's not expensive at all and we can stop whenever we want. I was able to import all the licensees in one go, so I didn't have to enter them manually. So far, it meets the needs of our football club. Here’s the link if you want to test it: https://konsors.fr

Hello

An online software, I think it's not bad because it doesn't require installation on a computer/server.
Free is even better, but we need to see what the free version includes..
You're looking for free software to manage a sports association, but what exactly do you want to manage? Equipment?
If that's the case, let me know because I know something that could be useful to you.
See you later

Hello,

Thank you for the response.
No, it's not for managing equipment. It's for managing memberships for different classes and handling membership payments.
I'm looking for software that would be flexible enough to include specific data for my association and that can accept my previous data in Excel.
Thank you for your help.

We use http://www.gestasso.com for our tennis club, which is online, nice, and not too expensive.
