bonjour à tous,
j'ai un problème avec un virus! j'ai fais une analyse avec bitdefender et ce dernier m'a trouvé un virus trojan. comme je n'y connait absolument rien en informatique j'ai demandé conseil à une amie. j'ai donc fait 3 analyses en mode sans échec avec avg, ad-aware et spybot (elle m'a envoyé la marche à suivre très détaillée)et après j'ai refait une analyse avec bitdefender. ce que j'ai copris alors, c'est qu'il m'a supprimé un virus mais que d'autres ont été renommé ou déplacé, je ne sais pas trop. que puis je faire pour arriver à supprimer ces nouveaux virus?
faut-il que je vous envoie le dernier rapport de bitdefender?

ne seraient-ce pas plutôt des fichiers qui ont été renommés ou déplacés ?

je ne sais pas du tout si ce sont des fichiers ou des virus qui ont été déplacés ou renommés.
comment puis-je le savoir?

je n'ai pas lhistorique de l'anti virus, je n'ai que le rapport.

Tout ce qu'il te dit là-dedans, c'est qu'il a trouvé un trojan...
Sinon, tu n'as rien perdu comme fichier ?
