What to do if I can't write on Snapchat anymore?

Hello,
I use the Samsung Galaxy TXT and therefore Android. When I downloaded Snapchat, everything was fine, but suddenly I couldn't see videos or write text on my photos, which is quite annoying because that's one of the main features of the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now I can see videos, but I still can't write anything. Can anyone help me, please? Thank you in advance :)

Hello, I have the same problem but with the iPhone 5. Could someone tell me how to remove the drawing and bring back the typing bar on a photo? Thanks in advance :)

The draw function may be activated? Because it blocks writing when you draw.

Hello,

You just need to enable the on-screen keyboard in the settings of the phone itself. After that, when you open Snapchat and tap on the screen, the black bar will appear (and stay), just like the on-screen keyboard, which means you can write on your Snapchats :)
