my Freebox server is stuck on step 3 Solved

Hello everyone and happy New Year.... I have a problem with my Freebox V6, it gets stuck at step 2 when my Freeplayer is turned on, but when I unplug it, my internet works again. I contacted Free who opened an incident ticket and sent a technician after a long month of waiting, thanks Free. The technician checked all my lines and found nothing, so he moved my Freebox further away and now it works. Everything is great except that my Freebox is 15 meters away from all my devices, so it doesn’t really help me. According to the technician, the problem came from the interference of other devices around.... WTF. I put it back in its original position without plugging in the Freeplayer and since then it works perfectly. I then tried to plug the Freeplayer back in and... tada, it bugs again. I'm desperate; if anyone has a solution, please, thank you very much in advance.

Yes, try to cut everything around your box (where it normally is), all the appliances, etc., just the box and the freeplayer... interference happens, and sometimes a faulty appliance (short circuit or something) can cause the box to crash... it’s strange, but I’ve seen it online, so well :/

Is the freeplayer plugged into the same outlet as the freebox when you connect it? The freebox is not on a surge protector (I've already had this problem because of that, so :/) ? Otherwise, I don't have any other solutions..

They had it plugged into the same multi-socket but without lightning protection for years, and now no matter where I plug it in, the same problem persists. I tried swapping the freeplugs to see if that would work, and it did right away, but as soon as I started the freeplayer, the same issue came back.

And when you move it far away (like the technician did), does it work with the freeplayer?

She's connected to the France Telecom socket in the electrical panel, it shows the time and the protocol is ADSL2+. I'm going to reconnect the player to see, with nothing around, just the TV.
