Reverse directory red list

After reading your post, I was about to reply right away that it is impossible to have the phone numbers or address of someone who is on the do not call list & I also wanted to share this link with you:

where a certain KARDAN explains very well the role of this list, even though three and a half years have passed, his explanations are still relevant & my professional experience in telecommunications with different operators left me with little doubt.
But I felt such confidence in the content of your topic that for my conscience's sake, I typed into my search engine: reverse directory and do not call list & what a surprise it was to read at the top of the page:

and on the site ANNUAIRE-INVERSE.COM where they list their services:

In light of these 2 paragraphs that intrigued me, I absolutely had to know more!
I searched everywhere & finally dared to read ARCEP (!)
& after some difficulty, I finally found what interests us!
These reverse directory sites are crafty little ones who would do anything to entice! There are conditions to honor such requests! As everyone knows since this famous do not call list exists, & as Wikipedia says:

" The do not call list is an option that allows us to protect our phone numbers. Thus, the phone number of the subscribers concerned will not be listed in the telephone directory which is a register (in paper or electronic form) listing entries that include name, address, and phone numbers, and will not be disclosed by the various information services that exist. "

It should be noted that from the moment we acquire our landline number from any operator, this number that is assigned to us is automatically listed by default in the telephone directory, unless a contrary request is made. (/!\ unlike mobile numbers)

I still want to reassure people that no reverse directory can give the number of a subscriber on the do not call list without their consent!

To answer your question, I will be as precise as possible;
I have used a reverse directory before http://ww38.annuaireinverse.biz/ and it seemed correct to me. Like you, the number in question was on a do-not-call list, so the site revealed the (geolocation) of the address of the person who called me, and boom, the geolocation was so accurate on Google Maps that I was able to identify the person in question.
So there you go, I hope this helps you as it did for me.

I tried your link, and I still don't know if this number 0786338*** is in France or a scam abroad, as the response from the site is:
1. €1.35 then €0.34/min

So I don't want to pay for an answer that I'm not sure to get.
