Meaning of PAY-AS-YOU-GO voice!

Hello,

I have the Nokia Lumia 520 (I don't think it matters!) but when I call 555 for my usage tracking, I see:

From 21/12 to 29/12, your off-plan consumption is €0.00.
Voice plan: 00:01:04
Off-plan voice: 00:03:51
SMS: 117
MMS: 7
Data: 17.74 MB

Well, I have a €2 plan with Free (2 hours of calls, unlimited SMS/MMS, 50 MB included!)
And I don't understand, what is this OFF-PLAN VOICE?

    This is the messaging service: it is included in the package for 2 euros.
