Hello,

I subscribed to yeslibertin and then quickly unsubscribed. The problem is that three months later, they charged me again. I no longer have a password and I have no way to stop this subscription which I consider abusive. Can you help me?
Thank you.

    Hello,

If this site has an address in France, refer to the terms and conditions. Send a registered letter.

Subsequently, revoke your direct debit authorization with your bank.

I don't know how this kind of site works, but I have the impression that they reused your credit card data to make the second charge. In that case, report fraudulent use.

    Sincerely

    Hello,

Thank you very much for your response.
I wanted to inform you about the progress of this matter, which may finally be moving forward.
Attached is a response from the website.
    Hello,

The renewal of subscriptions is clearly stated in our
terms and conditions that you accepted upon registering and a second time when making the payment. You cannot claim otherwise, as our server has captured all the Internet parameters from the computer used to subscribe to our site. We are therefore able to formally identify you as the author of the transaction. If you oppose without having followed the procedure, we will automatically file a complaint against you.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the procedure on this page: https://secure.easy-pay.net/customers/index_fr.sec?sid=jfoabboggrfiu37u0uh7pf7pg4

If you properly follow the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email of your unsubscription; if not, it means you are not unsubscribed.
    Best regards,

    The Legal Department YesLibertin.com

I have followed their procedure, and I am awaiting a response. Knowing that I had already requested an unsubscription two months ago.
I do not wish to leave it at that. Not for the amount I am losing, but for the multiplication of cases that are evidently appearing online.

    Thank you again.
    Best regards

    Hello.
I would like to know if you've resolved your issue.
    I have the same problem.
I no longer have access to the site and it keeps charging me every 3 months.
    The cancellation system doesn't work.
    Thank you for your answers.

    Hello,

I did a WHOIS search on the domain yeslibertin.com:

    Registrant Name: Ronald Chandler
    Registrant Organization: PerfectMatchMedia
Registrant Street: 168 The Circle, Queen Elizabeth Street
    Registrant City: LONDON
    Registrant State/Province:
    Registrant Postal Code: SE1 2JL
    Registrant Country: GB
    Registrant Phone: +44.8450175525

The headquarters is apparently in Great Britain....

This is confirmed by the legal terms of the site:

The site YesLibertin.com is published by the company:

    Perfect Match Media LLP
168 The Circle, Queen Elizabeth Street
    London SE1 2JL
    United Kingdom

In short: you can throw these company reminders in the trash. A UK company without legal representation in France has no legal means to act in France.

So, block all withdrawals from this company.

Wait for the reminders and ignore them. If a French bailiff writes to you, tell him that you have canceled and his "client" is not taking the cancellation into account.

In front of the French courts, without a written signature from you, they can do absolutely nothing!

And I have never seen a foreign company take legal action in France if they do not have representation. And a bailiff even mandated by this company cannot act without a court decision.

Go all out! Block those damn withdrawals. Everything this company writes to you is intimidation.

    See you later!

    Thank you for your response.
I wanted to do this and will therefore do it.
    We will see afterwards.
I also spoke with someone at the number written above who manages the website in France.
She canceled my subscription normally :)
