LG TV + SAMSUNG Soundbar

Hello,

I have an LG 42LS3400 TV with 2 HDMI ports, 1 USB port, and audio and video ports (red, white, etc.) but no headphone jack or optical output.

The soundbar is a SAMSUNG HW-F450 (wireless subwoofer) with 2 HDMI ports, 1 USB port, 1 headphone jack, and 1 optical output.

I receive TNT through an Orange decoder and all devices are connected via HDMI to the TV (decoder, external hard drive, and PS3).

After trying all possible combinations, I can't connect the soundbar to my TV...

Thank you for your advice...

    Hi,

    You can connect the PS3 via optical to the soundbar, and the internet decoder via RCA jack to the soundbar.

      Not particularly, the TNT channels only broadcast in stereo, an analog cable is sufficient for stereo transmission.
      However, regarding the console that outputs Dolby Digital and DTS, the digital optical cable allows for the reproduction of those soundtracks.

      Dolby 5.1 is just a stereo distribution over 6 channels....
