[VIRUS?] fenêtre qui se ferment toute seule

Question

Bonjour, j'aurais voulu savoir comment faire quoi faire si après l'ouverture d'une fenêtre ou d'une application elle se ferme toute seule, j'ai regardé les réponses des autres sujets et j'ai essayé de lancer un hijackthis et d'installer de nouveaux antivirus, pour l'instant j'ai avg et ad aware, mais le programme ne peut même pas démarer qu'il est déjà arrêté, j'aurais donc voulu savoir si vous aviez une solution pour mon problème

ne mets plusieurs antivirus en meme temmps (conflits entre eux) , tu devrais naviguer par fixefox bien meilleur sur internet explorer et moins de probleme aussi! sans pour autant desinstaller IE telecharche via ce lien :

tu y verra une grande difference

De plus n'hésites pas a poster 1 log hijack (lociciel a telecharger ici: http://www.infos-du-net.com/telecharger/HijackThis,0301-454.html)

ensuite click sur do a scan and save a log, cela va t'ouvrir 1 bloc note automatiquement . fais 1 copier et colle le ici stp

en fiat je ne peux pas faire de logs hijackthis car le programme se ferme tout seul dès que je le lance, et je lance bien mes antivirus un par un mais je ne peux rien installer sur mon pc car les programmes se ferment tout seuls

quand tu telecharge hijack renome le par 1 autre nom comme result.exe  moi c'est ce sue j'ai fais , car si t'as trojans ou quoi ils le maitrisent !! renome le pour voir et dis

bon passons par autre chose , telecharge spybot. Laisse tourner spybot pour voir et si possible telecharge Ccleanear (pour cookies). Faire un petit nettoyage fera que du bien déja

ok bon visiblement ca va plus !!! deconnecte toi totalement d'internet avant tout scan !! fais le en mose sans echec ! tapote F8 ouF5 avant d'arriver a windoxs, cela te proposera le mode sans echec normalement, de la (si ca marche) fais 1 analyse complete du systeme toujours sans net ok! tu peux meme y faire ton scan  hijack de cette facon et dis ou tu en est

otre version (6.00.2800.1106) n’est plus d’actualité. Actualisez Internet Explorer via Windowsupdate!

vas dans demarer , tous les programes et Windowsupdate cela va mettre 1 certain temps !! 1 ti conseil tout en laissant et en mettant a jour internet explorer , surf via fixerfox telechargeable ici :

Jettes un oeil ici:

En attendant le retour de raleuboleu tu peux toujours essayer de faire ceci:

1/

Ouvre le gestionnaire des tâches (CTRL+ALT+SUPPR) puis clic sur l'onglet "Processus"
Assures-toi que la case "Afficher les processus de tous les utilisateurs" soit bien coché.

Selectionne un par un ces processus s'ils sont présents dans la liste:
mm50krnl.exe
updtftpini.exe
Et clic sur "Terminer le processus".


2/

Ensuite ouvre le gestionnaire des services:
Démarrer >> exécuter et tape :   services.msc

Dans la liste double clic sur:
Logitech MM50 Kernel Drivers

Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, clic sur le bouton [Arrêter]
Puis dans "Type de démarrage" choisis "Désactivé"
Valide avec "Ok"

Fais exactement la même chose avec:
Microsoft windows FTPd

A cette étape, tu as deux possibilités, soit tu as pu arréter le service, dans ce cas passe à l'étape suivante, soit le bouton [Arréter] est grisé, dans ce cas redemarre en mode sans échec et continue ensuite avec l'étape 3


3/

Rend visible les fichiers cachés et système 
Panneau de configuration >> options des dossiers >> onglet Affichage 
Coches la case devant " afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés "
Décoches la case devant " masquer les extentions des fichiers dont le type est connu" 
Décoches la case devant " masquer les fichiers protégés du système"
clic sur [Appliquer] puis sur [ok] pour valider

(N'oublie pas de faire l'inverse une fois le nettoyage terminé.)

Rends toi dans le dossier:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\dllcache
Supprimes:
mm50krnl.exe
et
updtftpini.exe


4/

Supprime les services associés aux deux fichiers:

Démarrer >> Exécuter et tape: cmd
Dans la fenêtre noire qui s'ouvrira, copie et colle une par une les lignes suivante en validant à chaque fois avec la touche Entrée:

sc delete Microsoft windows FTPd

sc delete Logitech MM50 Kernel Drivers


5/

Redemarre le pc et réessaye de lancer hijackthis et tes programmes de sécurité.
