Hello, for the past 3 weeks I haven't been able to connect to Hotmail via IE, Outlook opens and tells me:

Due to a problem, we are unable to connect you at this time. Please try again later.

What should I do knowing that it works via FIREFOX? Thank you for your reply.

Hello

Update Windows (via Windows Update) and Internet Explorer.
Run a scan of your PC with AdwCleaner.
Disable the add-ons you are not interested in.
Try reconnecting.
