Hello.
A month and a half or two months ago, following synchronization issues, I exchanged my white Livebox for a Livebox Play... I also took the opportunity to switch from ADSL to VDSL (so I went from 18 Mb to 33 Mb), the problem is that my box keeps restarting every 2 hours. At first, I thought the issue was with the box, so I exchanged it, but the same thing happened again.
I then called a technician from Orange to resolve the issue, but nothing worked; after three technicians, the problem is still there... We changed the Livebox again (still the Livebox Play), and the problem persists. I think since the Livebox is extremely sensitive, it could be micro-cuts in the power supply, a brief drop in current voltage lasting only a very short moment (a few hundredths of a second)... Is there a simple way to check this? Do you think it could be something else? If so, what? Help me, I’m quite desperate; this problem has been going on for too long...
Regarding the setup:
The Livebox is connected to an ADSL filter and plugged into a power strip.
A Duo phone is connected to the phone port of the box.
The first Ethernet port is connected to a 14-meter cable, which is connected to a switch, one port used for a computer and another for the Orange TV decoder.
Then two other ports of the Livebox are connected directly to computers.
There are 4 devices using Wi-Fi (phones).

Good evening,
I would advise you to check all electrical connections, especially the tightening of the screws of all your devices distributing power from the electrical panel to the LiveBox power supply (socket, circuit breaker, etc.). I would also remove the power strip.
Be careful to check the tightening of the screws while powered off !!!

To make the change, simply type "change Wi-Fi channel Livebox" into Google. You'll find the Orange support that provides you with a simple process.
