Hello,
In search of a driver, I came across the webpage of Solvusoft Corporation. Realizing too late that the offered program is paid (this was not indicated at the start...), I decided not to use it. However, every time I turn on my computer, a floating window from this company opens. I have tried to remove it, but I can't find where this program is hiding. Can someone help me?
Thank you in advance,
Peter

Hi
try to install adwcleaner:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/2759-adwcleaner/#q=adwcleaner&cur=1&url=%2F
then open it and click "Run", "Scan" and "Clean", that should solve the issue, I think...

DO NOT GO ON "01.net" and other junk from "softonic" filled with viruses, search bars... -
Otherwise, you can post your problem in the "Virus/Security" forum, they will fix this issue for you quickly :)

I first tried to uninstall their software via the control panel (programs and features). But there, I couldn't find it. In fact, I had searched for "Solvusoft." Mistake!
Then, I searched in "start" and found a folder named "solvusoft" with subfolders. I deleted them.
But only later did I notice their icon that I remembered, which was named "DriverDoc," on the desktop. I deleted it.
I went back to the control panel > Programs and features where, knowing the name of the software now, I found it and uninstalled it.
I still need to clean the registry, which I will do with Ccleaner.
In fact, my problem stemmed from the fact that I hadn't paid attention to the name of the software, which was only meant to be used very occasionally. -
