Unable to open and use ebp

Hello

I need help today. I cleaned my PC and the problem is that the EBP software icon is missing. Even worse, when I try to open it, the software doesn't display normally—missing areas and invisible icons. It's like it was never installed. Please help me, I'm panicking.

    Try to perform a system restore to a date before your cleaning (how did you do that, by the way?)

      I looked but there are no backups available on the PC, I'm at an impasse.

      You didn't respond: with what, the cleaning? If it's with software, there are often options to restore deleted files.

      So, normally you should have a restore option somewhere, if you accepted it during the cleanup, but I believe it's a Registry restore only.

      Otherwise, does EBP still appear in the Add/Remove Programs list?
      Have you checked the Recycle Bin?
      By the way, which version of Windows are you using?

      Yes, it appears in the installed programs, and the recycle bin is empty. I am using Windows Vista with the EBP 2008 invoices and quotes software.

    Hello,

    @doudou6319
    To solve this issue, we suggest either:
    - Restoring a system backup made before the date of your cleanup
    - Reinstalling the EBP software provided you have an external backup of your file. Without a backup, you will not retain your data and will need to re-enter your entire file.
