Lost concert ticket

Hello, my mother lost tickets for Anne Sila's concert taking place tomorrow night (April 27, 2022) in Metz. She had ordered tickets to be picked up in-store, so there are no e-tickets. However, she does have the invoice for the tickets, the ticket numbers, and the order number. The Ticketmaster website states that in the case of loss, they must be contacted one week in advance. Do you have a solution for her to get a duplicate to pick up tomorrow in-store or to receive tickets in the form of e-tickets? Knowing that no one can impersonate her with all the documents she has in her possession.
