Lost software serial number

Hello,
I bought "sos cassette video" magix last year;
I got a new computer and it is asking me for the serial number to activate the software.
What should I do? I can't remember what I did with my serial number...
Thank you all for your advice.

Configuration: Windows 8 / Chrome 31.0.1650.57

    Didn't you "activate" any account with MicroApplications when you first installed it?

      I still have the packaging and I've looked everywhere for any number that could resemble a serial number but found nothing. It might have been a loose paper inside the box?
      Unfortunately, I haven't activated anything at all.
      I wrote to Magix and I'm waiting for news.
