Avira icon on taskbar missing

Hello, I can’t find the Avira Antivirus icon on the taskbar near the clock. Thanks

Hello, Right-click on Start, Properties, Taskbar tab, Customize, in current items, select antivirus, next to it select Always display, OK, Apply and OK. -- The human being is at his best when things are at their worst.

THANK YOU.  (Right-click on Start, Properties, Taskbar tab, Personalize, in Current items, select Antivir, next to it select Always show, OK, Apply and OK), it didn't give any result.

You must have unchecked an option "Show in taskbar" in Avira's settings.

To check this, launch Avira by going through the Start menu > All Programs > Avira (or on Vista and 7: Start menu > type Avira in the search field at the bottom).

I don’t have Avira installed on this machine, but you should quickly find this checkbox in Avira's configuration settings.
