By mistake, I made a wrong move with my remote control, which caused "snow" on the screen.
Flat screen TV Philips, remote control SRU5110/86.
Can someone help me solve my problem?
Thanks in advance! :)

Apparently, you have a universal remote and I don't see that button. But press the source selection button. I think it's the A/V button.

Oh, thank you for such a quick response!

On which device is this TV/DTV button, on the remote or on the TV?
I don’t see it on the remote.

Your preconceived notions about terrestrial TV don't apply anymore with the deployed DTT. You should have a TV/DTV button, press it ;)

    Thank you Dr. Zezito.

Yes, I have a universal remote. I gave away the old remote, which was showing signs of weakness (and I shouldn't have). Given the urgency of the situation (football match tonight, personally I don’t care, but not everyone here...) I had to call in a professional, when all I needed to do was borrow my neighbor’s remote for a few minutes. The professional's intervention cost me some money and I'm really annoyed... :(

    Issue resolved.

    Thanks again Dr. Zezito ;)

    Thank you,
The main thing is that it works and that you were able to watch the match of France lol. But otherwise, how did the professional do?

I see that everyone is happy tonight! It wasn't a given at the start. Well, as I said before, I’m not interested in football. But if people are happy, that's great! :)

So the professional did what I would have done if it hadn't been for the urgency with that damn match: he went to borrow the remote from a client he has in the neighborhood (an old man). And that didn't stop him from charging me 45 euros including tax. He told me he would check in his stuff to see if he has an old remote lying around (with that famous A/D button) and he would give it to me.
I also have the old man's address for the remote just in case :)

I can't hold it against the professional, he came out and in a timely manner and even though what he did was child’s play, he did it: so I’ll reward him. That's normal.
I'm not going to beat myself up either.

In any case, thanks again for your follow-up DrZezito.
