How to fix kernel panic issue on Galaxy Tab3 without rooting

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and it often gets stuck on "kernel panic mode upload" and I have to restart it. I've searched online but it requires rooting and I don't want to do that. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue without rooting my tablet, please let me know.
