Bonjour! Voici la traduction : Hello! Here is my processor!

What does 4 CPUs mean?
Does it mean that I have 4 cores?

    What do you want confirmation on?
    You have 1 CPU with 2 cores and hyperthreading... That's all.

      Okay, but why is it showing me CPUs?
      Before, I couldn't run COD Ghosts, I went into the msconfig tool and enabled the processor state. I set it, and now it runs without any issues...

      DxDiag shows you have 4 CPUs because you have 4 threads and it can't manage Intel's hyperthreading. It considers you have 4 CPUs because you have 2 cores, each with hyperthreading.
