Hello,
I was also a victim of a credit card scam, committed on Sunday, September 15th, for a remote purchase (amounting to €75.00) made at Orange VAD in Nantes, as noted on my last bank statement.
The police refused to file my complaint, merely taking a statement; they are following internal instructions, but they are not allowed to refuse a complaint (See the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Public Prosecutor is the only judge of the appropriateness of prosecutions).
I therefore submitted a complaint by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to this magistrate at the competent High Court for my residence.
I am awaiting a response, which is wasting time and money.
You should dispute with your bank, and since your card was still in your possession (no loss or theft), they must withdraw it, issue you a new one (at no charge), and compensate you.
This won't make them happy!

no problem with my bank
noticed 3 withdrawals of 25, 35, and 35 euros from my vad 88 orange account on 2/9/2016
reported to my bank on 5/2/2016
immediately refunded and reissued a new card.
no need to file a complaint since the security of my account is at fault and it is the bank that is responsible for having paid this fraud
