I have just been charged €19.99 for a so-called ONE SHOT SFR credit card purchase, while I have not made any payments with my card on that. Can someone tell me what ONE SHOT CB SFR is???

Your request requires access to your customer file.
I therefore suggest that you call your SFR Customer Service at 1023 (open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 10 PM).
