I can no longer switch characters in gta 5.

Hello,

since yesterday, I can no longer switch characters even though I know the button is the down button on PS3, but even if I press it for a long time, nothing happens. Thank you for your help.

    Character switching is done using the right joystick.

    Additionally, there are certain restrictions on character switching. For example, you cannot switch characters while being pursued by the police. You must first lose your wanted stars. A "character selection" gauge tells you when you can switch to another character.
