GTA 5 character switch PS4

Hello,
I have a problem in GTA 5 when I press down to change my character it doesn't work, it shows me: cross save square activate replay
When I go to options and controls it shows me that down is for changing character ...
If someone has a solution, please let me know.

      Well, I don't exactly know; I know I've already completed the mission with the Chinese and also when I want to do skydiving, the game crashes.
